Tiffany Mazurek offers a unique combination of Psychotherapy, Craniosacral Therapy and Therapeutic Bodywork that provides relaxation, stress relief and pain reduction. In combining these treatment strategies you can access more than one level of consciousness at a time, thus working with the brain and nervous system together on a much different level than talk therapy alone. Not only can these treatments do things like lower blood pressure, reduce or eliminate anxiety and depression, but often provide a feeling of increased well-being, reconnection to yourself and renewed interest in life.
What can I expect in a Session?
Sessions are specifically tailored for each client’s individual needs as they combine non-traditional and traditional techniques that encompass the mind and body connection.
